Kindergarten Virtual Registration opens on February 16, for children who will turn 5 on or before September 1. Please help us by letting your neighbors know!
You can complete the registration packet at Kindergarten.ocps.net and email all completed documents to: [email protected]
Required Documents for Registration:
· Birth Certificate
· Verification of Immunization on a Florida 680 form
· Proof of Physical Exam completed by a US doctor dated within the last year
· Proof of Residence (current lease, current property tax document, current homestead exemption card, or signed settlement statement)
